Rules for Rec Facilities

The following rules apply to all areas. Specific rules and information for each facility are detailed below. A printable version of the Recreational Facilities Policies can be found on the Policies & Forms page. 
  • EOA recreational facilities (clubhouse/exercise room, tennis courts, playgrounds and swimming pool) are reserved for the exclusive use of EOA members, the Landing and their guests.
  • Boating, fishing and the walkways around the lake are shared with Colonial Grand and Sun Lake residents, subject to the same restriction that apply to EOA members.
  • No more than 4 visitors per household are allowed (only 2 visitors allowed in the fitness room). The resident must accompany ALL guests.
  • A responsible guardian must accompany children under 14 years of age (16 for the fitness room) when using ANY Recreation or Clubhouse area.
  • Violations of any of the Recreation Area Rules should be reported to the Edgewater Office as soon as possible.
