CHECKLIST FOR CLUBHOUSE CLEAN-UP

All cleaning supplies are provided for events. Please clean up after your event. Use this checklist when cleaning. These areas will be inspected after your event.

Check out is done at 9 a.m. the following day. No exceptions.

q 1. Carpets vacuumed. [Vacuum is in Supplies closet.] If any food falls onto

the carpet, please remove it promptly to prevent stains on the carpet.

q 2. Tile floors swept and mopped. [Brooms, mop, bucket, & bleach are in Supplies closet.]

q 3. Refrigerator, oven (top & inside), microwave, coffee pots, and kitchen counter cleaned.

q 4. Glass tables cleaned with Glass Plus (not a wet cloth). If there are fingerprints on the windows from your event, please clean. [Glass Plus is in under the kitchen sink]

q 5. Check all sofas and chairs for food or trash and remove promptly.

q 6. Empty both bathroom wastebaskets and clean bathrooms as found.

q 7. All trash bags tied and placed in trash cans in the driveway through the outside kitchen door. [Additional trash can liners are under the kitchen sink.] Only one trash container may be filled. Any trash exceeding the one container must be taken home.

q 8. Set both heat/air conditioning units set on 70 degrees (fall/winter); 74 degrees (spring/summer).

q 9. All furniture returned to original location.

q 10. Trash picked up on & below the deck, outside grass area, flowerbeds, parking lot, etc.

(This includes cigarette & cigar butts.)

q 11. Break down cardboard boxes before putting them in the trash.

q 12. Check for personal items – EOA is not responsible for lost items.

q 13. Make sure all doors are closed securely and locked including all sliding glass doors.

THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM CLEAN UP CHARGE OF $50.00 IF ANY CLEAN UP IS NECESSARY AFTER YOUR EVENT.
