Proposed Amendment to:
EDGEWATER OWNERS ASSOCIATION ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS AND HOMEOWNERS USE RESTRICTIONS
Under Paragraph 5.2 MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP RESPONSIBILITIES, replace the following section below in its entirety with the one printed below it.

EXTERIOR STORAGE AND USAGE In order to maintain an attractive and pleasant neighborhood, each resident must ensure that equipment and supplies are stored in a neat, safe area that is not highly visible to passersby or neighbors. The following specific items are examples of the exterior storage requirements:
*Clotheslines are allowed only in a completely screened rear area.
*Garbage cans, stacks of limbs or other debris, and bags of lawn clippings must be stored in the rear area except for the day of pickup. Placement of these items (for pickup) on Edgewater Drive is prohibited.
*Equipment such as lawnmowers and garden hoses must be stored only in an area screened from the front view.
*Repair and landscaping materials such as lumber, bricks, and peat moss must not be stacked in areas visible from the front, except during a reasonable period of time prior to and after use.
*Woodpiles must be stacked neatly in areas behind an imaginary line extending outward from each side of the front of the house. It must be located at least six (6) inches from buildings and stacked on a concrete area, or in racks to keep it from contacting the ground. Such woodpiles can not be located within twenty five (25) feet of a property or easement line unless it is concealed from view of the adjacent neighboring property with an EOA approved screen fencing or shrubbery.
*Storage of equipment used for recreation such as picnic tables, portable BBQ's and bicycles must be in a privacy-screened area.

EXTERIOR STORAGE AND USAGE.
. The following rules are to insure that the neighborhood maintains an attractive, safe, and pleasant environment for all:*Garbage cans, stacks of limbs or other debris, and bags of lawn clippings shall be stored in an area not visible from the street in front of, or street on the side of, your property. They shall be placed at the curb no earlier than the day before pickup. Garbage cans shall be moved from the curb no later than the evening of pickup and be stored as noted above. Placement of these items on Edgewater Drive is prohibited.
*When not in use, all service equipment, supplies, and recreation equipment shall be located or screened so as to be concealed from view from the street in front of, or the street on the side of, your property. Examples of equipment and supplies include, but are not limited to picnic tables, portable BBQ’s, trampolines, soccer goals, basketball goals, bicycles, archery targets, badminton and tennis sets and nets, volley ball nets, boats and all water craft, all trailers, utility carts, hoses and reels/housings, landscaping materials, fertilizer and seed bags. Since no houses front on Edgewater Drive, the side yards of corner properties on Edgewater Drive may be approved for exemption from certain of the provisions in this paragraph, depending on lot configuration. Residents whose backyards can be readily viewed from a street, such those on Edgewater Drive, are required to store the equipment and supplies covered by this provision in a neat and orderly fashion in keeping with the intent of the above.
